Entrepreneur. Innovator. Leader. Micky Ahuja is the Founder and Managing Director of MA Services Group, a provider of security, cleaning, and customer-focused services to companies nationwide. Micky created MA Services Group with the vision of providing a high-quality, customer-centric product that satisfies the needs of modern businesses in varying industries. Since then, the organisation has developed into the multi-faceted organisation we know it to be today.

During the difficult years of COVID, MA Services Group sprang onto the national stage in a big way. When many businesses were closing, Micky was innovating, using his business agility and adaptability to propel the organisation into new opportunities. The corporation shifted its focus to protecting key companies that remained open throughout the lockdowns, that were kept open during the lockdowns, and began providing crowd control supplies, like bollards, to businesses that needed them.

MA Services took advantage of the increased need for skilled COVID marshals and really capitalised on this opportunity. This enabled the firm to triple its revenue in April 2020, a month in which many other companies struggled financially. Ahuja was selected as one of the distinguished Top 100 Young Entrepreneurs of the Year for 2020 due to his commercial acumen and ingenuity throughout this difficult period.

However, Micky is not just focused on MA Services. He is a strong proponent of giving back and assisting people in reaching their objectives and being their best selves. As an entrepreneurial coach and mental health advocate, he is deeply committed to assisting others in discovering and developing their passions, often saying that you need to find that golden point where your passion and your work overlap, and to capitalise there. This important piece of advice underpins Micky’s whole philosophy, which is to live and love what you do.

Micky practices exactly what he preaches, being a multi-skilled and certified professional in many aspects of the service offerings that MA offers, because simply, he loves what he does. This is all massively led by a solid vision of where he is now and where he wants to see and be. Micky has completed various certifications from the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL) – Advanced Diploma of Integrated Risk Management and Diploma of Security and Risk Management. Prior to this, he completed a Certificate IV in Security Operations and Risk Management from the Australian National Security Academy.

This is only the beginning for both MA Services and Micky Ahuja. MA Services has a history of aiding some of the biggest organisations in the world with their security and commercial services. Amazon, Mirvac, and Chemist Warehouse are some common household names that have worked with MA Services, and that is not where it will stop. The world of post-covid is looking bright as they have now expanded some services into the New Zealand market and are looking to continue to expand to other countries.
